In order to succeed with agile, teams and organizations should focus first on “being agile” as a foundation for success in “doing agile.” 


From this two-day interactive exploration of agile students come away with a solid understanding of core concepts to prepare them for their agile journey.  Balanced Agility Fun Fundamentals class provides you with 2 days of hands-on experience in to learn the basics of the agile mindset and practice.    


Fun Fundamentals is foundational and the gateway to all other ICAgile tracks, the ICP credential has the broadest target audience. It is appropriate for those new to agile, and for practitioners who recognize the need to focus on “being” agile in addition to “doing” agile.

 

In this class you we will:

  • Building off of Training from the BACK of the room we will explore how cognitive neuroscience research can help us engaging others in a more fun and exciting way to achieve more. 

  • You will be learning concepts such as adaptive planning, value-driven development, team collaboration and frequent feedback for continuous improvement. 

  • The course also covers the history of agile, the agile manifesto, the agile principles, and some widely applied frameworks and practices.


Out of this class, you will receive:

  • A full tool kit of agile principles, techniques and practices, along with hands-on experience in their application.
